On the upper level, you'll discover a grand master bedroom suite complete with a luxurious jacuzzi tub for your relaxation. Additionally, there's a second bedroom and bathroom for added convenience. The ocean-view kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the essentials needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals right in the unit. The modern living and dining area provide a stylish and comfortable space to unwind, while the covered lanai offers a perfect setting for barbecuing and savoring breathtaking sunsets over the Pacific Ocean.

Descending to the entry level, you'll find a cozy family room with a plush couch, ideal for enjoying your favorite shows on the generously sized TV. A mini kitchen and another bathroom are available on this level, along with a third bedroom. In total, our vacation rental accommodates up to nine guests, making it perfect for families or groups.

From the central, upstairs living area and the spacious covered lanai, you'll be treated to enchanting white water ocean views and the gentle sway of tropical palm trees. Kahele Kai's location affords stunning vistas of both Brennecke's Beach and Poipu Beach. Brennecke’s Beach is a mere 75 yards away, offering some of the best bodyboarding opportunities on the island. Poipu Beach, just a short distance away, offers a diverse range of activities, from a baby beach and snorkeling to swimming in Waiohai Bay and renowned surf spots.

After a day of beachside adventures, you can easily stroll to nearby casual and fine dining establishments in the area, ensuring that every aspect of your Kauai getaway is both memorable and convenient.

This two story home has high ceilings, skylights, and views from every window. There is a lava rock garden surrounding the outside shower, a garden of citrus and banana trees, as well as an herb garden. Décor includes the surfboard the owner was using when he proposed to his wife at the beach over 30 years ago. Kahele Kai (translation "pathway to the ocean") is stocked with beach toys and a variety of baby gear including porta crib, baby gates and a baby seat that attaches to the dining table.

This home is REALLY close to Poipu and Brennecke's Beach, both can be seen from the home, and both are ideal versatile beaches which include surf spots, a baby beach, snorkeling, boogie boarding, swimming at Waiohai Bay and sunning on the golden sand. There are lovely whitewater views of the ocean and tropical swaying palms visible from the central living area and large lanai and the sunsets are not to be missed.

  This vacation rental was AMAZING! Great location to Poipu beach. The sea turtles and seals were awesome to see! The snorkeling at Poipu beach was great! It was an easy walk to Little Fish Coffee (a must try!) The house had plenty of room for the six of us. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The deck was perfect for early morning coffee and listening to the waves. Beautiful landscape.   Everything was absolutely amazing,for our large family we had room to sprawl in this beautiful well maintained home. It is fully equipped with everything needed, there or on the go playing at the beach. Poipu and Brennecke's, were extremely close but Shipwreck Beach was only a 5 to 10 minute drive. The Beach Club has awesome food especially breakfast and is the perfect place early in the morning. It is also a 10 minute drive or a 20 minute walk.
  Puku Dogs is also a must try that is across the street from Poipu Beach they serve Hawaiian style hot dogs that leave you wanting more.
  Brennecke's Beach Broiler is also across the street from Poipu Beach serves pupu platters with seafood at a casual beachfront space with vista views.
  Little Fish Coffee was also a favorite, a little fish bowl with fresh fruit and Poi to start the day :)
  Property Management team go above an beyond to assist with anything you need. Everyone that we spoke to was more than courteous and extremely pleasant to work with. Victoria is truly a gem.

  This home was a wonderful stay for 7 of us extended family. The kitchen was well equipped. They even had an extra small coffee maker for our decaffeinated person. The beach is very close and so ideal for younger and older people including snorkeling and an area with waves to boogie board. The athletic club that is included with membership is a bit of a trek to reach but has a very nice pool and lots of equipment to loan and nice locker rooms.

  This property rental was in a great location, the rental agent responded to any phone calls we made, after we realized they were using our home phone number instead of our cell number. A couple of us have a scent allergy and there was perfume smell when we entered the house especially in the lower level and a bit of dampness smell in lower level, but opening the windows and turning up the air conditioner in lower level helped and we rewashed the sheets as they smelled of scented fabric softener. Overall the rental was wonderful with a bit of communication problems, as I had sent an email about our scent allergy. The house was equipped with everything we needed, beach towels, cooler, chairs, beach umbrellas, all dishes and kitchen items needed. The house has a wonderful layout, beautifully landscaped, near ocean and a great view from the balcony, loads of ceiling fans and we were able to keep the house cool without using the air conditioners on top floor. Good price value for us seven.

  Our extended family spent 10 days in this beautiful home near Poipu Beach. The layout of the home was perfect for us, as our son, daughter-in-law, and 2 infant granddaughters had the lower part of the unit which gave them the privacy they needed as well as plenty of space. Everything they needed for their girls was provided for them. The upstairs area with the two bedrooms and baths worked out well for our daughter and son-in-law as well as for my wife and myself. The living areas are quite large and well-furnished. Everything you need in the kitchen is provided, and the outside deck area is wonderful for dining and enjoying the view of the ocean and the sound of the waves. The pictures of the home on the website are accurate, and you won't be disappointed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The location close to Baby Beach is perfect for families with young children, and the other beaches nearby provide great surfing for the more adventurous. You can't ask for nicer people at Poipu 365, the management group, as they were very welcoming and responsive. Great customer service. We will definitely rent this property again in the future and recommend it to our friends.

  We had a wonderful time staying at Poipu 365. The house is in an ideal location, close to the beach and the greenway trail that connects various villa's to the Hyatt resort.
  The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and the beds were comfortable.
  A nice touch is membership at the Poipu fitness club - which has nice work out machines and free weights as well as a yoga room. The club also has a pool with waterslide and a really great restaurant. I highly recommend the Poipu 365.

  Great location, just a stone’s throw from the beach and eatery’s. Great seeing lots of turtles and monk seals. The balcony was great with really nice views of the boogie board beach and wonderful sunsets. Out of ten day stay we barbecued and ate in 8 days so the kitchen area right off the deck worked out great. Beach chairs were provided with just a two minute walk to the beach.   We had a party of 7 (Grandparents, Parents, and 3 older kids (20, 17, and 13). This location was perfect. My husband loved going on early morning runs, my sons enjoyed going out walking around Poipu and exploring, I enjoyed hanging out on the lanai and early morning walks on the beach (always saw turtles and monk seals lying about), my 13 year old took her journal down to the beach and just relaxed, my parents enjoyed resting and having a leisurely breakfast on the lanai...
  
  The location is amazing. We were steps away from the bodyboarding beach, but it was super crowded (spring break) so we walked on only about 100 yards or so to the Poipu beach, which was crowded as well but had more room to for sure. My son and I snorkeled (the break was a bit rough, so just watch the currents and ask the lifeguards especially if you're not used to snorkeling.) We saw a lot of healthy fish, including the state fish and all the regulars. After beach, the outdoor shower at the house is just so great. I really want one for my house, and we don't even live steps to a beach!!
  
  We ate in 3 nights of our 4, and that worked well for us. The kitchen had everything we could want. Bring some of your own coffee beans or a pack of ground coffee- when we were there there was a coffee grinder and a coffee machine with plenty filters. We just needed some beans and we were all set.
  
  The rooms were perfect for our party- boys each got a queen bed in the lower level, and their own bathroom. On the top floor, my parents had a King bed and a hallway full bathroom right outside their door, and my husband and I and our daughter had the room with the King/twin with the en-suite bathroom- plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably.
  
  The AC is so great also. We live in Hawaii so we are used to tropical living, but it's nice to have AC to freshen up the air as needed. It's sometimes hard to find AC units in rentals, so this was a great bonus. We were

  We had an amazing time at this place. We had 4 friends here for a week working remotely and there was tons of space for us. The patio overlooking the beach was the best feature, both for work and for meals/drinks. Well stocked kitchen and super close to all of the things we wanted to do near Poipu. Club access was also great for the pool and sports. Only small gripe was that the place did not come with shampoo and conditioner, so be sure to pack those.

  We shared this rental house with 2 friends, and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. We didn't even need the downstairs area, and I'm sure 3 couples would be comfortable staying here. We
  loved the balcony and were out there for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. From there, you could get a glimpse of the ocean, just like their picture shows, and hear the crashing waves. We didn't use the AC all the time, but using it occasionally to dry out from the humidity and cool off was a big plus.
  The house was among several others in a quiet area away from the road. The best feature of our stay was that several beaches, a park along the shore, and an excellent snorkeling area were all within walking distance. We swam and snorkeled every day!
  There were numerous green sea turtles, both basking on the beach and in the ocean, as well as a monk seal that came ashore often.
  We really enjoyed our time at this house and would gladly return on future visits.

  Our family had a wonderful time in this home. Plenty of space and a great layout. Easy very short walk to the beach which you can see from the lanai. The kids loved boogie boarding at Brennecke's beach. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer. Thanks for sharing your house.

  WE LOVED this house so much. Coming from a condo in Maui as our previous rental space, this house afforded so much more room for us all to have our own space. Each room is tucked into a different corner of the house, giving everyone their privacy. The common areas are huge, so we had plenty of space to spread out and eat together. The kitchen was EXTREMELY well stocked with seasonings, equipment, etc. The windows let in a good breeze and the AC was great for picking up the slack. The property was full of beautiful fruit trees and we loved the outdoor shower. The only thing we didn't like was the roosters - they're all around Kauai and love to keep you awake at night. THIS IS NOT UNIQUE TO THIS HOUSE, so don't let it keep you from booking - I only mention it to bring a sound machine to drown them out! :) We could not have been happier with this space and found it wonderful we could do in-unit laundry as we needed at the end of our trip! Check out was a breeze and the beach club membership was hugely helpful the last day - we could still use showers after using the beach, etc. MAHALO!

  We absolutely loved Kahele Kai, the house we rented for 10 days for our family vacation in Kauai. The house was immaculate and homely. From our arrival it was great. There was a lovely welcome letter and all the necessary things to get us going. We didn't have to bring anything like towels, beach equipment, etc. They even had small things like soap, dishsoap, paper towel etc etc. The location was great, we had beautiful views of the sea from the Lanai and we loved sitting out on the Lanai. We loved the air conditioned bedrooms and it helped with the roosters.

  This house was perfect for our family of 5! Our kids could easily walk to the beach from this house (ages 8-14). The kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook meals. We loved being able to hear the ocean from the lanai. The house was clean, we did have a few ants but we knew being on an island that could happen! It wasn’t anything we had to call and complain about. The 3 full bathrooms worked great and we used the washer and dryer daily! Overall, we would highly recommend staying at this property. The added bonus of the Poipu beach club membership was great! We loved using the gym and pool.

  We rented this house for two families and it was perfect. The teenagers had their own area in the lower level of the house complete with bathroom and a tv area. They loved it and the adults loved having the upstairs. I'm pretty picky and can usually find something to improve upon - but with this home and the rental process I cannot. Far exceeded all of our expectations. Fully stocked kitchen, lovely terrace, lots of beach towels, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas. The outdoor shower was great for getting all the sand off after a day at the beach. Location was excellent - walk to many beaches, an amazing walk/hike to the east along the cliffs, turtles, seals, restaurants, surf shop.

I wanted somewhere within walking distance of the beach so some of us could take the rental car and some of us could hang out at a nice location and walk to the beach. This was perfect! The owners seemed to think of everything we might need--including umbrellas, chairs, sand toys, and dish/laundry soap. It was clean, good flowing air, and the lanai was heavenly.   We had a great time at this house. The rental was very clean and well stocked with all you need to cook and eat. In addition there was a good selection of beach towels, umbrellas and outdoor gear.
  
  You can see and hear the waves crashing on the rocks from the house, and the location is really nice. A kid-friendly beach is a 5-10 minute walk (3-4 blocks). There is a closer beach with larger waves. A shopping center with restaurants and general store is a short drive way.
  
  There is no air conditioning in this house, but there are (several) ceiling fans in each room. It got a bit hot, but with the windows open and a breeze it was never too bad.
  
  There is construction happening right behind though, so with the windows open you can hear them start at 8am weekdays. However think light hammering, not heavy machinery. This didn't really bother us either.
  
  A person from the agency was there when we arrived, and the one call we made to them was responded to promptly. Booking was easy as well.
  
  Overall a great stay and great base for exploring the island.

  Nice home, great location. Watch out for centipedes downstairs, son was bit on foot while asleep. Very painful! Currently no sand at Brenneke beach, have to navigate rocks to swim or body board.

  My understanding is that the house was recently updated prior to our visit and it showed. The house was really nice with a nice, big kitchen. We also really liked the layout with what you could almost consider a separate unit downstairs, it's own living area, bedroom and bathroom. That was really good for us with a 2 year old.
  
  The only thing I gave 4 stars for instead of 5 was location. It's really a great location, close to Brennecke and Poipu beaches, but you can't (at least from what we could tell) walk the 75 yards straight to Brennecke unless you walked across other properties' yards - which we didn't think would be polite. We walked on the road which made it more of a 5-10 minute walk instead of a 2 minute walk. No big deal, but thought I'd mention it.
  
  Overall, really great property with really nice management. Would stay again.

  After having a little trouble initially finding the house (we arrived pretty late in the evening). We were pleasantly surprised how spacious the house was. The house had three large bedrooms, separate bathrooms, and a nice master suite.
  
  The house was conveniently located half a block from the beach and down the street from Brennecke's Beachfront Restaurant, which has amazing ahi tacos. The property managers left a lot of amenities in the house to help out; sun screen, soap, shampoo, beach toys, etc.
  
  Overall, our group was very happy with out stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the property again.

  We had a threat of double hurricanes hitting during our stay. Luckily they turned away from the Island and our stay was awesome. The location was perfect for walks along the beach every day. The house was very nice. Some of the furniture/appliances/stereo/television are worn and need replaced/upgraded. I wasn't sure what to expect but was surprised to find most everything we would need to make our stay comfortable (shampoo/conditioner, beach towels, ice cooler, etc.). Overall we loved the house and location. We only wish we would have stayed longer than 7 nights.

  We were very saisfied with this rental in Poipu. We were three couples and the three bedrooms and three baths gave each couple plenty of privacy while the size of the house also gave us plenty of individual space. While the living room couches had seen better days they were clean and not shabby at least. The beds in the bottom bedroom were comfortable but were the least attractive of the three bedrooms. The shower head on the bottom bedoom could certainly be improved for a nominal price. The kitchen was quite new and very attractive. All in all we were very pleased with the rental.

  What an incredible place! Our family of 5 along with 2 grandparents stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed the home and the location. The home was very spacious, the lanai had an ocean view and was perfect for our meals. The master bedroom was luxurious with lots of space, a comfortable bed, and a wonderful bathroom. The outdoor grill was great and the kitchen was well appointed and had plenty of space for multiple chefs. The outdoor shower/rinse off station was THE BEST thing! It truly kept lots of sand out of the house. We loved the close proximity to the beach - very easy stroll, even with a 2 year old. The home was very well ventilated and stayed cool with the windows open and the ceiling fans circulating the wonderful tropical air. One suggestion - a small floor rug or mat at the bottom of the stairs would make a safer last step. My mom took quite a spill on the wet tile and twisted her back, which put a bit of a damper on the rest of her vacation and physical activity. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay and we would LOVE to come back to this beautiful home.

We were pleasantly surprised by the array of items left by others for our use; beach toys for the babies, boards, games, beach towels, umbrellas and chairs. Wow! We in turn left a Pak-n-Play (cheaper to buy than rent for two weeks) for future guests.
