  The property was absolutely amazing. I have stayed in many condos but never in Hawaii and this unit topped the list by far. It was perfect for my family of 5. The location is amazing as well, it’s not too far from anything and gives you convenient access to the west as well as the northern coast. The beach is only short walk away, the pool is big, and the condo has every amenity a person could possibly need. If we ever make it back to Kauai we will 100% stay here again.

  We really enjoy Poipu and this condo. It is our 4th time renting. The view is great and the breeze is steady. It is always tidy, though we’ve noticed over time it starting to get a bit tired. The condo really needs a deep clean (carpets, walls, cupboards, furniture). The management company is responsive and professional. Hopefully the owner can spring for a deep clean - it needs it.

  The condo was accurately described both in physical features and location. The checkin and checkout instructions were clear and easy to follow. Upon our arrival we found the condo clean, stocked with a sufficient number of towels and a few incidental items (i.e. Shampoo, laundry detergent etc.). The kitchen had a sufficient number of glasses, dishes, etc. The furniture was comfortable and although there were only two of us,the split bedroom design allowed each of us our privacy with each bedroom having its own ensuite bathroom.
  
  The property was quiet during the over night hours even with the windows open.
  
  You can sit on the lanai and overlook the pool which is directly in front of the condo. Or you can go to the pool which has an adequate number of chairs and umbrellas for pool side enjoyment.
  
  There is a walking path that winds along the ocean and the property. The Grand Hyatt is a short walk and offers options for dining. Other dining and shopping experiences are just a short drive from the property.
  
  As mentioned im the property description, the property does not have an elevator. Guests with difficulty climbing stairs should keep this mind when considering this property. Vicki and the management team were readily available and responsive to any inquiries.

  Never expected anything to look like this the facility had everything and I mean everything. From swim fins to boogie boards to chairs to umbrellas a wonderful deck to sit on, and enjoy the sun and the view of the ocean every utensil bowl plate that you can think of.. beds were wonderful, comfy showers nice and clean. more than accommodating when I asked for late checkout the answer was yes, right away. The pool was nice and warm. Lots of places to lounge around to enjoying and relax. My family enjoyed this this day and hope to get back in the near future

  We stayed for 2 weeks in November and booked for 2 more in March. The views are incredible and on most days/nights you get a moderate to strong ocean breeze to keep it cool. The unit is outfitted with portable AC but we never used it. Great layout with comfortable furniture and beds. The patio furniture needs upgrading but otherwise everything was good. The rental includes use of the Poipu Beach Athletic Club which we used every morning to work out, swim, play pickleball. We had a couple of minor issues upon arrival but Poipu365 quickly resolved them for us. The condo would benefit from a deep clean (walls, cupboards) but in general was tidy upon our arrival.

  There were 3 of us so this space was perfect. The balcony is large with a beautiful view of the ocean and pool.
  
  Make sure you come to the condo before heading to the grocery store. Previous renters leave non perishables, coffee filters and spices so it’s really nice not to have to purchase so much for your stay. The is also beach and swimming equipment, books, games and dvds.
  
  The only downside is the a/c. Keep the master bedroom door closed and the balcony and 2nd bedroom door open for a cross breeze and this helps. It does get a little warm not it is manageable.
  
  The pool and grounds are very nice and well kept.

  This is a beautiful, clean and wonderful condo that is roomy and a great place to stay! We loved the location, the view, the amenities, especially the kitchen, and the location of the pool was awesome! You do not need to bring anything, as the owners have this lovely place fully equipped for the items you'll need, including the beach chairs, beach toys, etc. We also loved how clean the condo was upon arrival and how easy checking in and out was. An important side note: There is no an elevator for this property and it's located on the third floor.
  A special note to all guests to Kauai: Please bring/ buy reef-safe sunscreen ONLY and do not bring spray sunscreen--it destroys the life and living treasures in the ocean!

  We enjoyed seven wonderful nights at this condo in Poipu. We loved the amenities offered, especially the pool. The condo is spacious enough for family members to each have their own personal space and the large lanai and living room gave us places to gather for meals. Additionally, the condo as well stocked with a portable cooler we could use for picnic lunches at the beach and provided pool towels and even a football for my kids to throw around while splashing in the pool. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back!

  Just finished a four night stay and we can say it was a wonderful experience. The view was sensational, and the walk to Shipwreck beach was great. Inside the condo: A/C worked well, the kitchen had everything you’d need, and the beach chairs and umbrellas were nice to have. Comfortable bed and furniture. Only two things should be addressed: replace the rusty lounge chairs on the veranda, and start using thicker toilet paper. One ply TP is beneath the quality of this home.
