We loved our condo. Great location. Beautiful view. We will definitely be back! Our room was a little warm but we were prepared since we knew we didn’t have AC. The winds off ocean helped cool our rooms at night. The Sun beaming in during the day made our rooms a little uncomfortable but we were out hiking and laying by the ocean so we didn’t care. Windows, screens, and master bath need some work but we still loved it.

Lovely, spacious condo in a great location. Wonderful cross breeze with the front door open. Plenty of amenities like beach chairs, snorkel gear, and boogie boards. Nice grounds and beautiful pool. Enjoyed the large lanai. Kitchen is well appointed with some basics provided such as sugar and spices. I've stayed in other condos where these things are swept clean, and you don't even have salt and pepper. Rooms and bathrooms are large. Easy access to lovely seaside walks. There is a great fruit stand close by, but the condo is not within walking distance to coffee shops or restaurants except at the Hyatt. Would definitely stay here again.

Unit was as described, staff was friendly, easy check in and out. Unit has a great view of the beach and sunrise, and is close to the grand Hyatt that makes this unit stand out. Unit had plenty of space, cooler and beach towels, great for a family of four. Parking was not an issue, as you are further away from beach access. Garbage is also very close. Excellent pathways and access to Shipwreck beach. No one seems to talk about the swings along the path on the ocean. Great location to Poipu. Only improvements worth noting are there were about 7 fans to cool the rooms, but of course an a/c unit would be great. Also I would buy a few of the boogie boards from Costco and a beach umbrella for guests. Provide instructions for location of the switch for the garage disposal.

We have stayed in this condo I think 6 or 7 times now, it's true to its description and photos. You are a short walk from a couple beaches and restaurants and a short car ride away from everything else. The kitchen is nicely stocked for cooking meals and you can't beat the view with a cup of vanilla macadamia nut coffee! Yup we booked it for next year already! You will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful time in Kauai staying at Poipu Sands 124! Very clean and well maintained. The view directly to the pool and Shipwreck Beach was beautiful! We were treated to a lovely sunrise from the lanai each morning.

This property was a wonderful "home base" for our 10 days on Kauai. It was large, well laid out, very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. Having great quality beach towels and a good sized cooler to take with us was very appreciated. The kids found the pool a bit cool for their comfort but wanted to be on the beach anyway. Plus, the bonus of access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club and their pool facilities more than made up for it. The location was perfect ... walking distance to Brenneke, Poipu and Kiahuna beaches to the west, and to Shipwreck Beach, the Makahuwahi Cave Reserve to the east. It seemed pretty central to any place we wanted to visit - from Waimea Canyon to Limahuli Garden & Preserve. All communication and transactions with the property management company was fast, clear and professional. We had no issues with the property at all so had no reason to contact them while visiting so cannot comment on their responsiveness while visiting. Overall, I would highly recommend to others (already have, in fact) and hope to stay again in the future.

I found this great condo in a great location in Poipu, Kauai next door to the Grand Hyatt hotel and beautiful Shipwreck Beach. The condo had a great view down toward the beach. It was also well equipped with everything you might need. If you didn’t feel like cooking you could walk over to the hotel and enjoy a meal there, very handy.

The complex grounds, the pool, the condo (124) and the location were amazing. We enjoyed our 10 day stay at this property very much and plan on renting again for future vacations. There were more than sufficient kitchen and beach supplies (chairs, towels etc.) for usage. The cool BREEZE was amazing, and we spent many evenings sitting outside enjoying the view. We look forward to returning to this location.

We had a great stay. Condo was comfortable, nicely appointed, ocean and mountain views, lanai overlooked open green space with view of pool, sunrises were enjoyed as were ocean waves in the evening. Our stay came between a change in property management which had some challenges however all were quickly resolved by both former and new management who were helpful and pleasant to work with.
