Located in the Poipu Resort area, Pili Mai 7F is situated on 35 acres of landscaped lawns and gardens filled with tropical flowers. Enjoy an open air gathering place with barbecues, air conditioned work out facility, and a large swimming pool, spa, and kiddie spray pool.

This newly-built, ground-floor townhome has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The master suite has a king bed and opens directly to the patio with a beautiful view of the golf course and the blue ocean waves on the horizon. The second has a queen bed with adjoining full bath. There is additional sleeping on the comfortable sleeper-sofa in the living room, sleeping a total of 6!

The open, full kitchen is equipped with all new appliances: full refrigerator and stove, Ninja blender, microwave, dish washer, and Keurig coffee maker. The dining area seats six and looks out over the ocean, golf course and gardens.

You'll have your own private, ground-floor balcony with a table and six chairs, featuring views of the golf course as well as ocean and mountain views.

This also features a private, one-car garage with additional parking right in front of the building.

We really appreciated the property management's understanding and willingness to better our circumstances as they contacted us. The Pili Mai was a beautiful place, sitting on a golf course with immaculate grounds. The rental was very nice and quiet and even had a garage with any kind of amenity you may need on vacation. The unit was beautiful, fairly new and very clean with central air conditioning. The unit was huge with plenty of space for up to four with a gourmet kitchen. The location was just a short walk to the Poipu Shopping Village. The property management staff was communicative with information during our stay.   This was our second visit to unit 7F. The unit has a nice ocean and golf course view. The beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and the AC works well. Unfortunately, our unit was not ready by 4 pm as promised. We also found dirty dishes in the dishwasher and there were not any paper towels.

  Bright, comfortable, well-furnished 2 bedroom on ground floor. Appreciated the condiments and coffee very much! Also a positive--queen bed in second bedroom, very roomy bedrooms.
  Negative-not clear on daily fee for "resort" features (pool, exercise room) during booking. Never used it, we were only there 3 nights. Should be an option to exclude if staying less than a week.

  We rented two properties at Pili Mai for a week. This property was by far the nicer of the the two. This unit was quiet, had great ocean and golf course views. No noise from the upper unit. Plenty of parking. Very good access to the pool. The kitchen utensils were adequate. Wall decorations were a little sparse.

  Overall, the property was as advertised, but it could be improved in a few areas. The location was convenient and the grounds were beautiful. The kitchen was nice, but missing a few touches. The utensils, plates and other things were of low quality. There was no liquid measuring device, a broken wine glass and the refrigerator ice maker didn't provide nearly enough ice so we had to improvise.
  
  The quality of the furniture was OK. We did have three lightbulbs that we had to replace. One was in the shower and the management company took care of that one while we used bulbs in the property to replace them. The beach towels were also in poor shape so had to be replaced by the management company.

  Our stay at Pili Mai 7F was perfect. We were there 8 days. Super clean, lots of towels, toiletries, quiet, great view, within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and about 2 minute drive to Poipu Beach. Starbucks down the street - but Little Fish coffee is about a half block away with great coffee and food. The included benefit for use of the Poipu Beach Athletic Club was great. Pool, pool slide, kids pool, jacuzzi, great bar and restaurant served poolside. Condo pool is big and all grounds are well maintained. Poipu 365 is very responsive to inquiries - great communication and very friendly!

  The property and its description were accurate. It had lovely views of the golf course with the ocean on the horizon. We had two couples in our group, so having the two furnished rooms with an en-suite bathroom and closet was definitely a plus. The full sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided was a surprise and greatly appreciated by all. The only complaint would be the spotty internet/wifi access. We tried watching movies at night, but service almost always cut out. We never knew when it would come back on. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

  The unit was clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed the view out to the golf course and the ocean beyond. However, of all the vacation homes I stayed at the kitchen was perhaps the most poorly equipped. There was literally nothing to microwave food in - no food containers and the plates were melamine and not microwave safe; the pots and pans all had scratched up non-stick surfaces; the cooking utensils were partially melted and frayed; and the knives were too dull to cut through even a mango. The management/owners should invest in getting some stainless steel cookware, more cutting boards, better knives, saran wrap, and aluminum foil.
