  Regency 111 was our home base for 12 days. Everything and then some was at hand. Lovely views and beaches were a short walk away. The only small downside is that the pool wasn’t warm enough for some of the “older” guests to enjoy and some other guests were allowing their diapered kids into the hottub. Overall we thorough enjoyed our stay!

  My family and I took a quick trip to Poipu, Kauai and found Regency 111 to be a great location with comfortable accommodations. It was nice having a unit with a washer / dryer since we had already been in Hawaii for a week and needed to wash some clothes before continuing our trip during the 2nd week. The unit was well appointed with enough room for 5 people to spread out without encroaching on one another. The primary bedroom had a sleep number bed which was nice since it's what we have at home. The bathrooms were really nice; the proximity to the pool and grills was great.
  We also were pleased to be so close other amenities in the area such as Poipu beach, notable restaurants and some shops where we could collect some souvenirs. All in all, great option if you're planning a trip to the area - we would stay here again.

  This was a wonderful place to stay. We are a family of 3 (2adults, plus 11yo child). A perfect size for a family of 3-4. Things we loved about it:
  -Very comfortable beds
  -Very clean!
  -Decent bed pullows
  -TONS of towels - beach and bath, hand, kitchen, etc.
  -VERY well stocked- the best stocked place we have ever stayed! So many utensils, appliances, paper products, cleaning and laundry supplies, spare sheets and blankets, kitchen staples like oil, spices, coffee and tea, flour, sugar, etc), beach toys: boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, a large wagon for hauling, cooler, etc) just pack your own clothes and toiletries—Everything else you need is provided!
  -privacy screens on both lanais
  -location: this unit is located in the “regency” section of Poipu Kai resort. About 8 min walk to brennecke’s beach. 10-12 min to Poipu Beach. Both an easy walk thanks to green belt sidewalk system leading from this unit’s front door right to the beach. This unit is adjacent to the pool, which is heavily used at all times of day but never felt crowded, disruptive, nor loud. This unit is a corner unit right next to the pool’s entrance gate, but thanks to great landscaping, plantation-style window blinds, lanai awning screens, and the location of the pool maintenance building, unit still feels private enough. The noise of the pool never bothered us.
  -beautifully decorated and updated- comfortable furniture, pleasing decor...truly felt like home.
  - a lot of dresser and closet space/tons of hangers.
  - AIR CONDITIONING! This was our #1 “must have”. We are from northern Mn- we struggle when temps “soar” over 75 degrees, so AC thru out entire unit was a MUST. AC in both bedrooms worked beautifully. AC in living area could not keep up (or didn’t work at all?) We consulted rental mgmt and followed their instructions, but LR unit would not work! Never heard back ag

  This was our first trip to Kauai and we couldn’t have landed in a better spot. The condo shows pride of ownership, is well maintained and thoroughly equipped. We had a car, but it would be possible to walk to everything you might need including Po’ipu Park with it’s accessible beach and snorkeling. Be sure to take advantage of the health club, and get an açaí bowl at Little Fish. The location is close to the Hyatt and here’s a tip: if you get a service from the spa you get a pass for the spa for the day. The hike from Shipwreck Beach to Makaiwahi Cave is gorgeous.

  This is our 2nd stay at this condo. It is very well kept, clean and is situated just steps from the pool and a very short walk to the beach. We appreciate the air conditioners in each room. This condo is very well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, as well as a blender, coffee maker and rice cooker. We were able to have family over for dinner‘s which was perfect. There are also beach chairs, snorkels, beach toys, and beach towels available for guests. The management is very helpful and very accommodating. The Poipu Beach Club is a really nice bonus! Although the weather was pretty stormy, we still enjoyed everything that Kauai has to offer. The best part was time spent with family. We look forward to our next stay at this condo as it is by far our favorite.

  It was a quick walk to Poipu and Shipwreck (about 10-15 min) and an easy drive to shopping and all local restaurants. The pool was wonderful and we couldn’t be any closer (steps from the condo!) and the noise always stopped promptly at 10pm.
  
  We plan on staying here again as we come every 2-3 years, this was by far the nicest rental we’ve had!

  This property is just perfect, right next to the pool and hot tub! Only a 5 minute walk to 2 beaches! So peaceful and the unit was excellent for my family of 5. Thank God for the A/C units in the bedrooms, anyone that says you don't need A/C in Kauai is wrong. This unit is nicely equipped, it has everything you need. Very clean and would rent this unit again for sure!! This was our first visit to Kauai and we will be back for sure!!

  The condo was surprisingly larger than it looked in the photos and ultimately, we felt that we were probably staying in one of the nicer, and more recently renovated units in the Regency condos. We had amazing weather while we were there and even though it was in the low 80s all week, the condo never got too hot and we only used the AC units once for a few minutes before bed.
  Being able to walk to Shipwreck Beach and Poipu Beach made this location perfect for our family.
  The pool noise was a bit of an issue at night as we put our daughter to bed at 8:30pm and the hot tub was filled with teenagers until 10pm almost every night. They are strict about the 10pm quiet hours though, so it was usually only an issue for an hour or so and only in her room, which was closest to the hot tub/pool.
  Prior to our stay, the staff at Poipu 365 were very easy to communicate with and the arrival/directions were very straight forward and easy to follow.

  Clean, spacious, well equipped property. 10 mins walk to Poipu beach for sunset, snorkel, and restaurants. Unit is extremely well-stocked for cooking, laundry, and beach. Reserved parking is very convenient. A/C in both bedrooms plus fans to take advantage of tradewinds to cool down unit after sunset with screened windows open. Unit is ground floor corner near the hot tub in the photo; pool use noise until 10pm close may affect early-sleepers and pool cleaning noise may wake light sleepers on some mornings (if bedroom windows are open). However, unit does NOT get middle-of-the night rooster noise which is a huge plus on Kauai!

  We loved our stay @ Regency 111. The condo is very clean, spotless and very well stocked if you forgot anything. Even shampoo/conditioner/soap in the washrooms - just like a hotel. Lots of spices/condiments/cookware for cooking -even some food! Condo is 10 steps away from the pool/BBQ area, which was very convenient. Only a 10 min walk to Poipu Beach. The condo is exactly as the pictures show. We even had a bouquet of flowers to welcome us on our arrival. I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Kauai.

  This condo is beautiful, well equipped and clean. Our family would definitely rent this condo again on future trips to Kauai! The condo is located just steps from the pool which was great for all of us!
  The kitchen is very well equipped so we didn’t feel like we had to purchase anything special in terms of cookware. The condo was very clean and had a great, open floor plan. We did have initially have some issues with the AC in both bedrooms but after Nick came over and explained how to “empty” the AC’s, we ended up emptying them on daily basis and the AC’s ran just fine.
  We went down to a Poipu Beach and spent time at Poipu Beach Club which also has a very nice pool and restaurant. We took in a sunset cruise and also went zip lining! We have family that live at the condos so it was great to be so close to them and enjoy family meals, pool fun etc.
  We would highly recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed! Thank you to the owners, management and Nick for everything!

  We stayed for 3 nights in July. The beds were comfy and the condo cleanly and nicely decorated. The manager provided activity information in advance of our stay, so we knew what kinds of local events were happening. We also found freshly delivered exotic cut flowers the day we arrived, which was an added nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked - perfect for cooking a few nights. The condo comes with beach toys, umbrellas and chairs as well as a wagon so your walk to the beach will be a breeze. We rented a car, but given where this condo is located, you could easily walk to many places and activities.

  Our group had a great time at the Regency. The space was large and very comfortable for our group of 5. The kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to cook some meals but the place was also a short drive to the town center where there are lots of restaurants and shopping. The resort is walking distance from the beach which made it really easy to spend a day at the beach. The hosts were also great. A member of our group accidentally left some valuables in the unit after had left and management was quick to contact us and assure that we received the items back in a timely fashion. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Poipu in the future!

  The property absolutely met expectations as first time customers. The home was extremely clean with a modern design. The kitchen and bathrooms were spacious and clean, and the home had stocked soap, shampoo, and conditioner, which was a great. The bed sheets were especially comfortable, which was an unexpected bonus. The pool and hot tub is super close, and the home is conveniently located within a couple of miles of all of the local restaurants and shops in Poipu. The only negative, which isn't specific to this property, but all of Kauai, is the super small parking lots and stalls. Other than parking, it was paradise in every way!

  Unit 111 was located very close to the pool and easy access to parking. It was extremely well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. The walk to Poipu beach is about 10 minutes and an easy walk. the unit provides beach towels, boogie boards and other beach items with a wagon if you need it for transport. You have access to other pools on the property but we just used the one by our unit. Unit 111 is recently updated. It has a large TV in the main living area. They enforce quiet time after 10pm so it is suitable for a family vacation. We did notice that they do not enforce any of the posted pool rules. The hot tub was full of kids and although pool toys were not allowed many children had them. We only used the off site Athletic Centre once as it was further away than expected so we didn't feel that the extra $12 we were charged was value added. Overall we were pleased with the unit and our enjoyed our time there. A few items that would be appreciated would be a magnifying makeup mirror in one of the bathrooms and a 2nd TV in the master bedroom. It is a beautiful island with many beautiful sites to see.   Really nice property on the first floor, loved the layout and the nice master bedroom and bathroom, lots of room! We had our 17 month old in a crib in the same room and it worked out great..you can definitely hear the people above you which I didn't read a lot of in the reviews and there happened to be large families with multiple kids so it sounded like a stampede quite often but not the end of the world. Loved the lanai near the family room, technology and fans/AC units in the rooms worked great. Really nice being near the pool too! Would definitely stay here again.

  The stay at Regency at Poipu Kai Unit 111 was everything we had hoped for. The description of the unit was very accurate. The kitchen had everything a good cook could need. We enjoyed coffee on one of the condo's lanais in the sunshine in the morning and drinks on the other lanai in the sun when it was setting. We viewed fabulous sunsets from the beach just minutes walking distance from the condo. We will definitely be renting this unit again.

  The accessible condo was very comfortable and convenient. The main lanai is off the living room. The living room has a desk, loveseat, full sized couch, bookcases that have books of interest to Kauai and a large screen TV to watch local news or any variety of programs and movies. The kitchen is comfortable to create your meals from. The hallway stacked washer and dryer make doing the laundry very convenient. The guest bedroom can be set up with twin beds or a comfortable queen sized bed. Each bedroom has a remote controlled ceiling fan and air conditioning unit in them. The master bedroom has a lanai and storage unit. The master bath has a walkin handicap accessible shower, large mirrored vanity and private access within the master suite. The second bathroom is also accessible, located across the hall from the guest bedroom. The condo is beautifully decorated with artwork and touches of home. Every room in the condo opens to the trade winds through screened, shuttered windows. Local shopping centers and restaurants are located a short drive from the condo. Regency at Poipu Kai #111 has a property and unit directory that is conveniently posted on the desk. The resort has beautiful landscaping, pools, hot tub and exercise spa for your full resort experience. The owners have beach towels, beach chairs and a folding wagon that you can take to the nearby beaches. The condo will add a sense of warm hospitality to your experience of Kauai.

  This place is HUGE and it was very clean. Only 10 minutes walking distance to Poipu Beach. The kitchen was well stocked, all the bedrooms had plenty of linen. Washer and Drier in the unit. Also had plenty of beach items. Our stay here was very enjoyable. Will definitely be back.
